Accessibility statement

We treat the accessibility of this site as part of the service itself, and work to let everyone use it independently and comfortably.

Last updated: 18 August 2026

Our commitment

LastMile builds storage and dispensing systems used by the general public, including people with disabilities. We invest effort and resources in making this site accessible, and see that as a direct continuation of how we design the products themselves.

The accessibility level of this site

The site has been made accessible in line with Israeli Standard 5568 at conformance level AA, which is based on the W3C's WCAG 2.0 guidelines, and in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

It has been tested in the common desktop and mobile browsers, in both Hebrew and English.

What has been made accessible

  • Full keyboard navigation, with a clear indicator on whichever element holds focus.
  • A skip link to the main content, which appears on the first Tab press of every page.
  • A hierarchical heading structure and semantic markup, so screen readers can navigate by page structure.
  • Alternative text for content images, and appropriate descriptions for functional icons.
  • Clear labels on every contact-form field, and error messages that are announced to screen readers.
  • Colour contrast between text and background as the standard requires.
  • Support for resized text and for screens of different sizes, without losing content.
  • Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion setting: anyone who has set it sees no animation on the site.
  • Full support for Hebrew right to left and English left to right.

Known limitations

Despite the effort, parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. These are the limitations we know about:

  • The 3D showroom is an interactive visual component that is not fully reachable by screen reader or keyboard. All of the information about every product, including dimensions and the full specification, appears as text on the product page itself.
  • The flip-through catalogue is shown as images of a printed catalogue, so the text inside it is not read by a screen reader. The catalogue is also available as a PDF download from the same page, and the product content appears in full on the product pages.
  • Content originating from third parties is not always fully under our control.

Our offices and systems

For questions about the accessibility of our offices, our showroom, or the adjustments possible in the systems themselves, please contact us directly and we will be glad to give you a specific answer.

Accessibility enquiries

Did you run into a problem, an element that is not accessible, or content you could not use? We would like to hear about it. Accessibility enquiries are handled as a priority, and we do our best to reply quickly and fix the issue.
