This page explains what we collect when you browse the site or contact us through it, what we do with it, and the rights you have.

Who we are
LastMile designs, manufactures, installs and services smart compartment systems in Israel, and operates the site lastmilebox.co.

What we collect
The information collected on this site falls into three kinds:
- What you give us yourself: your name, organisation, email address, phone number and the message you write in the contact form. If you reached the form from a product page, the product name is recorded with it.
- Where your enquiry came from: campaign parameters in the address you arrived through and the advertising platforms' click identifiers, along with your landing page and referring site. This is held in your browser for the length of the visit only, and reaches us only if you choose to send the form.
- Technical browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed and how long you spent on them. This is collected through measurement services, and only if you accepted measurement cookies.
What we use it for
- Answering your enquiry, preparing a quote and arranging a meeting or a site survey.
- Running the ongoing business relationship with customers and prospects.
- Understanding how the site is used so we can improve its content and structure.
- Measuring how well our marketing campaigns work, so we know which of them bring relevant enquiries.
We do not sell personal information and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. Two kinds run on this site:
- Essential cookies: they set which language the site is shown in and remember your cookie choice. The site does not work properly without them, so they always run and need no consent.
- Measurement and advertising cookies: Google Analytics and the advertising platforms we work with. They load only after you accept them in the cookie notice, and are blocked until then.
You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, and delete existing cookies through your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We use service providers that process information on our behalf:
- Vercel: hosting the site and storing the enquiries sent through the form.
- Google Workspace: the mail service through which enquiries are sent and received.
- Google: measurement and advertising services, subject to your consent.
Some of these providers store information outside Israel. We pass information to anyone else only where the law requires it or for legal proceedings.
How long we keep it
Enquiries sent through the form are kept for as long as the business relationship lasts, and for up to 24 months after the last contact. Information we are required to keep by law, for example for accounting, is kept for the period the law sets. Aggregated measurement data is kept according to the retention policy of the measurement services.
Security
The site is served over encrypted traffic (HTTPS), enquiries are stored in private storage that is not publicly reachable, and access is limited to the people who need it in order to reply. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable and accepted measures to protect the information.
Your rights
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations, you may:
- Review the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong, incomplete or inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete information, subject to retention duties the law places on us.
- Ask not to receive marketing contact, and withdraw a consent you gave.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add a new service or measurement tool. The updated version will be published on this page and the date at the top will change accordingly.
